When you're looking for a mixture of experience, advice and money — but don't want to waste too many of your precious shares on getting it. Even small Private Equity deals have over £1 million in fees up front. That's crazy if you only needed £1 million in the first place.
Red Lantern Capital was founded by two entrepreneurs who have hit this very problem, before bravely navigating the funding gap and completing successful exits. We are dedicated to helping firms who are past the need for a greedy Business Angel but too small to get Private Equity excited.
When it comes to investing, there’s no such thing as approaching us too early. In fact, the earlier we come on board, the better.
